Refunds: Store Credit Only. Refunds are only granted on manufacturer defects if returned in the original packaging with labels attached within the 30-day period.
Shipping: Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, US territories, or military bases at this time.
Shipping Rates and Options
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping will be provided by USPS at the applicable shipping rate determined by their system. Customers may have the option to select expedited shipping for certain items. However, please note that this service may come at an additional cost, which will depend on the chosen shipping method and destination.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed by the next business day after they are received. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Carriers
Standard shipping will be provided by USPS. Customers can choose their preferred shipping carrier and pay the applicable shipping fees for expedited shipping options.
Back-ordered or Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is back-ordered or out of stock, we will notify the customer as soon as possible, providing an estimated restock date. The customer can choose to wait for the item to come back in stock or request a refund for the item.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Love It Curvy cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver the package to its destination. However, we will work with the customer to resolve any issues that may arise with lost or damaged shipments.
International Shipping
Regrettably, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns or Exchanges for Items Not Delivered or Shipped to the Wrong Address
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, the customer will be responsible for a restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all returns.
