Check return eligibility before opening
Eligible returns can receive store credit when requested within 30 days of delivery and approved after inspection. Clearance, liquidation offers and all on-hand products are final sale. Intimate items must remain in verifiable original factory-sealed packaging; swimwear must have its hygiene liner and tags intact. Review the full policy before ordering.
Final sale restrictions do not prevent a damaged, defective or incorrect-item claim. Email returns@loveitcurvy.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
