Request a return within 30 days of delivery. This item qualifies only if it remains unopened in verifiable original factory-sealed product packaging, with any hygiene seal intact. An outer shipping box or resealable bag is not a hygiene seal. Opened items and items without verifiable factory sealing cannot be returned. Complete sets must stay sealed and be returned together. Store credit is issued after approval and inspection. You pay return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable.
