At Love It Curvy, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly, while respecting the hygienic standards and operational feasibility of our store.

30-Day Free Return Policy

• Duration: You can return most items within 30 days of purchase, free of charge.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact returns@loveitcurvy.com. We will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Exceptions to Free Returns

• Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: The list of non-returnable items due to federal regulations typically includes:

  • Lingerie
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Panties
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimate apparel or garments that cover intimate areas

  These items are classified as personal hygiene products and, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

• Availability: Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is in stock, we will happily facilitate an exchange.
• Process: For an exchange, please follow the same process as for returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.

Refunds

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Please allow a standard processing time for the refund to appear in your account. This time frame can vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at returns@loveitcurvy.com. We will arrange for a return and process a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items

• Items marked as 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. Please consider these purchases final.
